About the course:

This course is intended as both a personal development experience, for those who are intrigued by and attracted to this approach, and as a CPD event for those who work in a helping, supportive or therapeutic role with others and who wish to gain both personally and professionally by means of a uniquely different paradigm. It provides an opportunity for you to acquire a sound understanding of the principles of the energy system (including working with the chakra map), and to be able to put them into practice for self-healing and personal development. The focus of this course is to offer you the resources and encouragement necessary to embark on a journey of integration -- providing you with a self-empowering process for growth and transformation -- towards fulfilling your potential for regaining wholeness.

Introduction:

The aim of this course is to enable you to appreciate, understand and access the potential for your own growth, healing and self-actualisation through the energetic system. This carefully planned and structured course will draw on ideas, theories and knowledge, as well as the wisdom and practices from 3 domains:

Eastern Philosophy - particularly that of Tantra Yoga

Western Psychology - Rogerian and Jungian concepts

Physical Sciences - Quantum theory and the laws of electro-magnetism

About Lina Mookerjee:

As a Yoga teacher and trainer of Yoga teachers Lina has gained national acclaim for her distinctive person-centred approach and unique ability to combine her experiences within a Hindu Brahmin Tantric cultural upbringing with her current understanding and application of Humanistic philosophy.

After almost a decade of working in the energy distribution industry as a professional electrical engineer, she gained her BWY Teaching Diploma in 2002 and Diploma Course Tutor licence in 2005.  She completed running her first 3-year Teachers Diploma in 2008.   Lina has vast experience of and considerable expertise in working with the concepts of energy, the Chakric energetic system, and Tantra Yoga - with individuals and in group settings. Lina also works therapeutically with individual clients, incorporating a psychophysical and neuro-energetic approach into her practice -- a way of working  she refers to as systemic integration therapy.

The word 'Yoga' means to combine, unify or integrate, and it is in this true sense of working towards 'integrity' that Lina applies herself in her dealings with students, colleagues and clients.   She welcomes the opportunity to facilitate the learning of those who wish to deepen their awareness of what Yoga has to offer as part of their every day lives.   "Authentic living Yoga is", Lina maintains, "a life-long enabler of personal development - not an 'Indian keep-fit regime' as some may perceive it".
